Jade Tinner, affectionately known as "The Brand Enhancer," is an influential millennial leader, commUNITY advocate, and relationship cultivator. She is the founder of the One Unified Resource Foundation, Inc. , a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that supports the holistic development of young men through mentorship, scholarships, and technology. The OUR Foundation operates in Dallas, Atlanta, and Accra, Ghana. In conjunction with the mentor program, she introduced the Men About the Culture (formerly The MEN’S Brunch) platform to the DFW Metroplex. The brunch is the first men-only traveling brunch and panel, highlighting men who uplift and uphold the culture through their work.
As an advocate of connection and community investment, Jade prides herself on providing positive and impactful experiences for the community. Jade is one of four co-host for the NOFB Show, where competition makes headlines, but community makes a movement. She is co-founders of the Pink Office, a creative studio space for women and the Dallas HBCU Invitational, maximizing exposure for HBCU athletic programs. She currently serves as a member of the Dallas Prayer Breakfast Young Leaders Board, EmpowerDFW committee, the DFWULYP, and committee chair for the Greater Northeast Black Chamber of Commerce.
